Anodizing is performed in an advanced, automated
system. All stages in the process are carefully monitored by dedicated
software to guarantee the highest quality and repeatability of the
treatment.
The protective oxide film deposited by the anodizing
process is subjected to stringent quality testing in conformity to
European standards. Pandolfo Alluminio has held European QUALANOD
certification for its anodizing plant since 1986.

The Pandolfo Alluminio plant is geared up for various surface
preparations and treatments including degreasing, deoxidation, barrel
finishing, mechanical brushing and polishing, and chemical
satin-finishing.
The oxide layer can also be electrocoloured to give a range of finishes from natural silver, through various shades of bronze, to black.
